Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original condition and include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your RA number clearly written on it.
Ship the Items
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to the return address provided by our support team; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
